HOW TO SOLDER

1.Prepare surfaces to be soldered by cleaning with sandpaper or a wire brush. Proceed once clean metal is visible. This solder has acid-based flux in the core to aid in the adhesion of the solder to the surface being soldered.

2.The joint being soldered must be kept still.

3.Heat parts to be soldered using heat source.

4.Once parts reach melting temperature, apply solder to the heated parts, melting solder directly onto heated parts. Remove heat.

5.Avoid disturbance of soldered areas until completely cooled down. Remove residue using a warm, damp cloth.

WARNING

Flux and flux fumes can cause severe irritation of the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Flux contains acidic activators.
